Lead Surgeon Dr. Ashutosh Shah
Director & Chief Gender Affirmation Surgeon M.B., M.S., M.Ch. (Plastic Surgery), DNB ยท 22+ yearsDr. Shah founded and directs Elegance Transgender Clinic. Trained as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, he completed his M.Ch. at The M.S. University of Baroda and became a Diplomate of the National Board in 2006. His reconstructive background includes microvascular surgery training at Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore, and he performed Gujarat's first bilateral hand transplant, a marker of the technical precision he brings to facial and body gender affirmation work.
Beyond his own patient list, Dr. Shah has personally trained more than 90 surgeons through hands on workshops, and holds memberships with APSI, IAAPS, ISSH, and the Gujarat Plastic Surgeons Association, among others. He leads on facial feminization and masculinization, top surgery, and body contouring at the clinic.

Dr. Chintan Godhani
Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeon MBBS, MS (General Surgery), M.Ch. (Plastic Surgery)Dr. Godhani completed his MBBS at AMC MET Medical College, his MS in General Surgery at C.U. Shah Medical College, and his M.Ch. in Plastic Surgery at Shardaben Municipal Hospital and NHL Medical College, Ahmedabad. During training he assisted in over 150 major head and neck reconstructive surgeries and worked extensively with free flap microsurgery.
His published research covers platelet rich plasma in scar management and day care surgical practice, and he has presented at APSICON and GPSACON on topics including microtia reconstruction and free flap surgery. At Elegance, he supports facial and body affirmation procedures alongside cosmetic and reconstructive cases, and holds memberships with the IMA, Gujarat Medical Council, and IAAPS.
