It can include forehead and brow recontouring, hairline lowering, rhinoplasty, cheek refinement, jaw and chin reshaping, a lip lift, and a tracheal shave. The plan is built around your face, so only the steps you actually need are included.
Several procedures can often be combined safely in a single session, which means one anaesthetic and one recovery period. The number depends on your health, the complexity of each step, and total operating time. During planning we map out what can be done together and what is better staged for safety.
The right technique depends on chest size, skin elasticity, and the scar pattern you prefer. Double incision suits medium to large chests, periareolar and keyhole suit smaller chests with good skin tone, and an inverted-T addresses significant excess. Each option is reviewed with its scarring and recovery before you decide.
Implants give a reliable increase in size and projection in one step. Fat transfer adds a softer, more modest change using your own tissue, and a combination of both is also possible. The best choice depends on your starting point, body shape, and goals, which are discussed in detail at consultation.
Most people need a course of sessions spaced a few weeks apart, because hair grows in cycles and only actively growing hairs respond to each treatment. Facial areas usually need more sessions than the body. Skin tone, hair colour, and the area being treated all affect the final number.
